Execute an effective customer call plan, ensuring appropriate coverage of priority accounts and maximizing sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer needs, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, disease areas, products, and clinical evidence.
Share relevant market intelligence with the district manager and colleagues to anticipate changes, align priorities, and refine brand strategy.
Communicate the product value proposition effectively to healthcare providers and identify, develop, and maintain relationships with disease-state experts, speakers, and advocates.
Collaborate with in-field colleagues to develop and execute integrated account plans that support shared business objectives.

Requirements

Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and undertake overnight travel as required.
Valid driver's license and passport.
Ability to think strategically, develop high-quality territory plans, and assess local market conditions and competitive dynamics.
Strong business judgment and the ability to anticipate potential outcomes from both customer and competitor perspectives.
Analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate business performance, and support informed decision-making.

Benefits
