Position Overview
Justice Technology Services is seeking a
Senior Software Developer – CRM to support the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) Modernization Program.
The successful candidate will work as part of an integrated
support, data, reporting, and development team consisting of internal and vendor resources. The role will focus on implementing configurations, customizations, integrations, technical enhancements, reporting, and data solutions within
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and related systems.
A significant component of the position involves
Power BI reporting and visualization using Dynamics 365 data, including data from
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O).
The candidate will also provide technical troubleshooting, support system/integration/user acceptance testing, participate in deployments and post-go-live stabilization, document technical work, and provide knowledge transfer to Ontario Government staff.

Candidates
must demonstrate all three mandatory requirements below:
1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Enterprise Application Development
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Hands-on experience developing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CE solutions in enterprise environments.
2. Power BI
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including:
- Data modeling
- Interactive reports
- Interactive dashboards
- Advanced Power BI functionality
3. Dynamics 365 CE / F&O Reporting
- Proven experience producing reports using data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O).

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Software Developer will:
- Develop and support enterprise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CE based on approved technical designs and user requirements.
- Translate technical system specifications and user stories into functional, tested solution components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE and supporting systems.
- Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on business and user requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify business performance trends and insights.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, integrity, and reliability of reports and data.
- Produce reporting solutions using data from Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
- Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing by resolving defects and validating data accuracy.
- Participate in deployment activities and provide technical support during post-go-live stabilization.
- Develop and support integrations involving Dynamics 365 and other enterprise data sources.
- Contribute to technical documentation and operational knowledge bases.
- Provide knowledge transfer to designated Ontario Government staff and team members.
- Work collaboratively with developers, solution architects, business analysts, testers, internal teams, and external/vendor resources.

Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer with strong enterprise application development experience and a demonstrated ability to combine
Dynamics 365 CE development, Power BI reporting, SQL, data integration, and data warehouse/lakehouse technologies.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a structured Ontario Government environment, collaborating with internal and vendor teams, troubleshooting production/support issues, implementing enhancements, developing reports, supporting testing and deployments, and documenting solutions for long-term operational sustainability.
