Role Overview
Senior-level Systems Administrator responsible for managing and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM environments in a large enterprise setting. The role involves infrastructure support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Siebel CRM environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod)
- Manage user access, profiles, backup, and recovery processes
- Perform installations, configurations, patching, and upgrades
- Monitor system performance, workloads, and optimize resources
- Troubleshoot system issues (performance, outages, synchronization failures)
- Support deployments, migrations, and release management activities
- Maintain system health through monitoring, log analysis, and capacity planning
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and integration teams
- Document processes, procedures, and system architecture
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel CRM administration
- Strong expertise in:
- Siebel Server, Gateway, Enterprise Server, SWSE
- Multi-tier environments & high-availability architectures
- Hands-on experience in:
- Performance tuning & troubleshooting
- System monitoring & maintenance
- Migrations, deployments, and repository management
- Experience with:
- Oracle databases (SQL troubleshooting, performance monitoring)
- Integrations (REST, SOAP, EAI, Web Services, Middleware)
- Siebel EAI, Integration Objects, XML, data migration tools
