Provide first-line technical support through chat, email, and support tickets

Troubleshoot account, browser, device, login, and product issues

Reproduce reported problems and collect relevant technical details

Guide users through clear, step-by-step solutions

Escalate confirmed bugs and complex issues to engineering teams

Document resolutions and maintain internal knowledge-base articles

Track recurring technical issues and identify improvement opportunities

Follow security, privacy, and data-handling procedures

Qualification

Required

Diploma, degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related area

Understanding of operating systems, browsers, networks, and common software issues

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred

Previous help desk, technical support, or customer service experience

Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, or CRM platforms

Basic knowledge of APIs, logs, browser developer tools, or SQL

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support

Interest in AI products and startup environments
