Qualification

Required

Foundational knowledge of product design, interaction design, and visual hierarchy

Coursework, personal projects, internship, or equivalent hands-on product-design experience

Ability to communicate design decisions with flows, prototypes, and clear rationale

Comfort collaborating across product and engineering disciplines

Attention to accessibility, consistency, and user needs

Preferred

A portfolio demonstrating an end-to-end product design process

Exposure to user research, usability testing, or design systems

Familiarity with responsive web or mobile product patterns
