As a Python Engineer, New Grad, you will contribute to backend services, data pipelines, APIs, and AI-powered workflows used by real job seekers.

Build and maintain Python services, APIs, and data pipelines

Develop reliable integrations with AI and third-party services

Debug issues and improve system performance and reliability

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists

Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews

Qualification

Required

Recent graduate or graduating soon in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Strong Python programming skills

Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals

Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, databases, and debugging

Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely

Preferred

Experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks

Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, cloud platforms, or CI/CD

Experience working with asynchronous systems or data pipelines

Interest in LLMs, AI agents, or recommendation systems

Build and maintain Python services, APIs, and data pipelines, including reliable integrations with AI and third-party services. Debug and improve system performance and reliability, write maintainable code, and collaborate on documentation and code reviews.

Requirements

Applicants must be recent or upcoming graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with strong Python skills and knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals. Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, databases, and debugging is required; experience with relevant frameworks, cloud platforms, asynchronous systems, or AI is preferred.
