At SIROY, we are looking for carpenters, apprentices, or journeymen to join our team in the Laurentians.
We are looking for people who love their trade, who are proud of their work, and who want to participate in projects where quality of execution truly matters.
Your Job
At SIROY, you won't do the same task all year round.
Depending on the projects and your level of experience, you could We work on:
framing and partitions; building envelope; door and window installation; cladding and woodwork; interior finishing; various specialized carpentry work.
Our teams often follow projects through several stages of their completion. You will therefore be involved in different aspects of the trade and develop a more complete understanding of construction. The ideal candidate: Whether you are an apprentice or a journeyman, what we are looking for above all is a good attitude and a commitment to quality work. You are someone who: is reliable and ready to work; likes to do a clean job; respects plans and details; works well in a team; communicates when there is a problem occurs;
takes responsibilities based on experience; wants to learn and continue to progress.

Are you an apprentice? You don't need to know everything. We're looking for someone who listens, asks questions, and wants to learn the trade properly. Projects you can be proud of SIROY is a general contractor with its own teams of carpenters. We primarily undertake new construction and major renovations, from Montreal to Mont-Tremblant, with a strong presence in the Laurentians. We regularly work on high-end homes and architectural projects that demand precision, expertise, and attention to detail. We collaborate with architects, designers, and Engineers. SIROY is also certified Passivhaus and Novoclimat, reflecting our focus on sound construction methods, the building envelope, and quality of workmanship.
