What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and assess applications before submission – accuracy and underwriting insight are key.
- Service existing personal lines clients – policy changes, renewals, general inquiries.
- Work directly in PowerBroker and carrier portals to manage and process files.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and great client outcomes.
- RIBO license is required.
- 3+ years in a personal lines role, preferably in a brokerage setting.
- Familiarity with the major personal lines markets (Intact, Aviva, Economical, etc.) and how their portals work.
- Comfort with PowerBroker

Responsibilities
