About The Position
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Buyer with solid experience. You will play a key role in supply chain management, supplier relationship development, and cost optimization.
Main Responsibilities
- Negotiate prices, delivery times, and terms with suppliers.
- Select and evaluate new suppliers.
- Place and track purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and anticipate needs.
- Manage disputes and returns with suppliers.
- Ensure product compliance with technical and quality requirements.
Profile Desired
- Experience in purchasing
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
- Experience in the distribution of industrial or other supplies (an asset)
- Proficient in computer tools and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented.
