About The Position
We are looking for a Project Manager passionate about continuous improvement to join a team of professionals dedicated to optimizing production sites. You will be at the heart of lean initiatives, from the shop floor to management.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement projects on production lines
- Create value stream maps (VSMs) and identify waste
- Lead Kaizen workshops with field teams
- Implement performance indicators: OEE, takt time, cycle time
- Deploy and maintain the 5S methodology and visual management
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and management to prioritize projects
DESIRED PROFILE
- Degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, or logistics
- 3 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Lean tools: VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, PDCA
- Lean Six Sigma certification (green or black belt - an asset)
- Excellent project management and team facilitation skills
- Functional bilingualism (French/English) required
