We are looking for a senior project manager who can understand where a project is headed, anticipate challenges, and keep clients, professionals, and site teams aligned until delivery. Someone who loves construction, understands the field, and is equally comfortable working with a client, a superintendent, an architect, or a subcontractor. We want to keep things simple: People talk to each other, and problems are resolved quickly.

Our values: Building connections. Creating moments. Having fun. Pushing boundaries. Giving back. SIROY is a growing company. Our processes are well-established, but there's still room to contribute ideas, improve our ways of working, and have a real impact on the organization. We're not looking for someone who simply wants to fill a position in a large corporation. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership, have autonomy, and contribute to building the future with us. Our work has been recognized at the Grand Prix du Design and the Domus Awards, but our priority remains the same: delivering projects we're proud of.
