As a Bilingual Technical Instructor for John Deere Agriculture and Turf Training Center located in Grimsby, ON, you will develop and deliver various Agriculture and Turf training programs to dealers, company employees, and customers. Training programs include, but are not limited to products, services, and/or professional skills with heavy emphasis on product features, applications, and product system technologies. Training is primarily delivered in person and may also include distance and online learning.

Take the lead role in the delivery of training and mentors less-experienced instructors
Take the lead role to develop/adapt content and training materials and activities for classes
Construct and maintain training aids, simulators and classroom exercises
Research training topics to increase subject matter expertise
Utilize knowledge of training to promote training products, systems, and materials
Be responsible for classroom/training event administration (acquiring roster, taking enrollment, completing exit evaluations) and communicating results to appropriate personnel or system
Work with field managers and dealers to establish needs

Vos responsabilités
