Position Summary
The Welder Helper provides entryâlevel support to the welding department under the direction of certified Journeyperson. This role focuses on performing housekeeping, material handling and basic preparatory tasks to support safe operations, improve workflow efficiency and maximize the productivity of welding personnel.

Education and Work Experience
Completion of, or enrollment in, a welding pre‑apprenticeship, trade readiness or related technical training program is considered an asset.
