Business Unit: Johnvince Foods
Department: Human Resources
Location: 555 Steeprock Drive
Schedule: Monday to Friday [9:00 am – 5:00 pm]
Compensation: Starting $45,000.00

The Opportunity

The People Experience Representative serves as a welcoming first point of contact for our teams, customers, suppliers and guests, creating a positive, people-first impression through professional interactions, clear communications and seamless administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Create a welcoming reception experience, greeting visitors, managing sign-in and directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate people.
Prepare and distribute internal and select external communications, including newsletters, announcements and company updates, aligned with our culture and values.
Maintain current information across bulletin boards, digital communication channels and employee resources.
Coordinate meetings, interviews and onboarding activities, including scheduling, materials and room preparation.
Support employee events, recognition and engagement initiatives that strengthen connection and workplace culture.
Provide administrative support to the People & Performance team, maintaining accurate documentation, organised records and confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
A warm, approachable manner and a strong service mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
The ability to stay organised, manage priorities and respond to changing needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information.
Initiative, a collaborative approach and an enthusiasm for supporting people and workplace culture.
