Joint Health provides mobile and workplace healthcare, making personalized, evidence-informed care more accessible. We’re launching an on-site multidisciplinary healthcare program at a large corporate workplace in London and are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our team.
About the Opportunity
Provide on-site massage therapy to a workplace community of approximately 300–400 employees, alongside chiropractic and physiotherapy services.
This independent contractor role starts with one recurring four-hour block per week, with flexibility to establish a day and time that work for your schedule. It’s an opportunity to complement your existing practice, build patient relationships, and grow with the program as demand develops.

Your Role
- Assess patients and provide individualized massage therapy aligned with their needs and goals.
- Support patients with musculoskeletal concerns, discomfort related to work, and general wellness.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical records and obtain informed consent.
- Communicate clearly with patients and collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate.
- Provide dependable, professional care during your agreed weekly block.
What We’re Looking For
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
- Reliability, initiative, and comfort working independently.
- Interest in contributing to a growing workplace healthcare program.
Experience in mobile or workplace massage therapy is an asset. New graduates are welcome to apply.
