Lead architecture reviews, change advisory boards, and root-cause analysis sessions in a hands-on capacity
Run point on enterprise infrastructure refresh programs across compute, storage, network, and virtualization, including design, vendor evaluation, migration planning, and execution oversight
Partner with customer-side program leadership on cadence, scorecards, and escalation paths, with clear technical and commercial RACI established at engagement kickoff
Serve as Jolera's senior technical voice in front of customer CIOs and IT directors during executive engagements
Coach the on-site Senior Architects and bench engineers, raising the technical bar of everything the pod delivers each quarter
Produce executive-grade written communication including root-cause analyses, design documents, scorecards, and roadmap summaries on a weekly cadence

Excellent written communication, with the ability to own executive-grade documents end-to-end
Comfortable being on-site in Troy, MI multiple times per week with some weeks heavier than others
Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

Prior MSP, MSSP, or Global Systems Integrator (GSI) delivery experience
Hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) lifecycle and migration experience on any major platform
