Job Description:
Company
Leonardo is a Toronto-based hospitality technology company and a trusted content management and distribution partner to hotels, hotel brands, management companies, and travel channels around the world. For more than 25 years, we have helped the travel industry centralize, manage, enrich, and distribute accurate, brand-approved visual and textual content across direct and indirect channels. Our solutions - including the LUCID platform, content feeds, listing-audit tools, hotel websites, and digital marketing services - help customers improve content quality and consistency, reduce manual effort and distribution errors, and turn better hotel content into stronger traveler experiences and more bookings. Leonardo is part of Jonas Hospitality, a family of technology companies serving the global hospitality industry.
We develop technology by starting with the real-world problem and the outcome our customers need. We work on what is worth working on - not technology for technology’s sake - and design each solution with the capabilities required to solve that problem effectively: no more, no less. This intentional simplicity keeps our products practical, reliable, secure, and easier to use and support, while allowing them to evolve as customer needs and the hospitality industry change.
Position
The primary focus of this role is the design, development, and support of customer-facing and internal business applications, with secondary responsibilities in architecture, integrations, operational excellence, and AI-enabled delivery. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role with significant technical leadership responsibilities.
The Senior Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, securing, and supporting full-stack business applications using Microsoft technology, including C#, .NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Blazor. The role spans front-end experiences, back-end services, databases, integrations, and data workflows, with a customer-centric approach.
