Support customers in addressing reliability, performance, asset health, aging infrastructure, and obsolescence challenges.
Lead discussions regarding lifecycle roadmaps, capital planning, risk mitigation strategies, and modernization programs.
Utilize installed-base data, assessment reports, service history, and field feedback to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to develop customized technical and commercial solutions.
Lead bid strategy development, pricing approaches, and commercial risk assessments.
Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle from identification to order booking.
Support forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting through Salesforce or CRM tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and commercial processes.
Collaborate across engineering, field service, operations, finance, marketing, and business unit leadership teams.
Share market intelligence and best practices to support continuous business improvement.
