We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and versatile Creative Director & Graphic Designer with a passion for luxury fashion and an impeccable eye for design. Reporting directly to the Vice-President and President, this pivotal role blends high-level creative vision with hands-on design execution. Key Responsibilities:

Creative & Design Execution: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of compelling visual assets for digital and print, including website graphics, e-commerce content, email marketing campaigns, social media visuals, online ads, lookbooks, catalogues, invitations, and other marketing materials.
Brand Stewardship: Uphold, refine, and ensure the consistency of the brand's visual identity and luxury aesthetic across all touchpoints.
E-commerce Collaboration: Partner closely with the E-commerce Manager to curate, design, and optimize all visual materials for the website, ensuring a seamless and elevated online customer experience.
Photo Shoot Coordination & Direction: Plan, coordinate, and provide creative oversight for monthly e-commerce photo shoots and bi-annual campaign photo shoots. Collaborate effectively with photographers, stylists, and other stakeholders to achieve high-quality, on-brand results.
Image Excellence: Utilize expert-level Adobe Photoshop skills for high-end retouching, color correction, and image manipulation to meet luxury standards.
Asset & Workflow Management: Implement and maintain efficient digital asset management systems. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to creative workflows, processes, and the quality of final output.
Project Management: Effectively manage a diverse project workload, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital mediums, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or e-commerce sectors.
Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop (including advanced retouching and color correction), Illustrator, and InDesign.
Deep understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and production processes for web and print.
Proven experience creating engaging creative content specifically for e-commerce platforms.
Demonstrated ability to direct or collaborate effectively on photo shoots; strong understanding of photography and lighting principles is essential.
