Role : DevOps Engineer – Certificate Management & Ansible Automation
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Experience: 6-8 years
Job Description:
- Expert-level (7+ years) hands-on experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining complex Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections, with proven ability to integrate and orchestrate across multiple platforms
- Expert-level (5+ years) experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs, with proven ability to leverage API calls within Ansible to automate and orchestrate workflows across multiple platforms
- Strong proficiency in Linux, with solid scripting skills in Python and/or Shell
- Demonstrated experience managing and integrating digital certificates during development cycle, including issuance, deployment, renewal, secure key handling, and troubleshooting TLS/MTLS certificate issues.
- Demonstrated experience using ServiceNow for change management in a regulated enterprise environment (e.g., banking or financial services)
- Working knowledge of DevOps toolchains, including GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Artifactory
- Java microservices Spring framework Expert-level
- Nice to have: Experience with HashiCorp Vault/Terraform

Responsibilities

Requirements
Requires 6–8 years of experience, including expert-level Ansible experience and substantial experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs. Candidates should have strong Linux and Python and/or Shell skills, experience with certificate management and ServiceNow change management in a regulated enterprise, and familiarity with DevOps toolchains; Java microservices and the Spring framework are also noted.
