Position: ForgeRock Developer
Location: Onsite- Montreal, QC

Key Responsibilities
- ForgeRock Architecture & Deployment: Lead the technical installation, configuration, customization, and enterprise-wide deployment of the complete ForgeRock suite (OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ).
- Access Control & Gateway Engineering: Architect and optimize ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) configurations, building secure, highly customized integrations between IG, IDM, and AM environments.
- Custom Development & Scripting: Write, test, and maintain production-grade Groovy scripts and Java/J2EE extensions to customize IAM authentication trees, attributes, and platform capabilities.
- Identity Lifecycle Automation: Design, build, and troubleshoot OpenIDM workflows to orchestrate seamless automated user provisioning, deprovisioning, and cross-system identity reconciliation.
- Directory Services Management: Manage, scale, and optimize directory structures within OpenDJ (LDAP), ensuring efficient data retrieval and secure attribute storage.
- UI & Claim Customization: Customize ForgeRock UI layouts and develop custom scripting layers to securely retrieve assertions and metadata from disparate corporate data sources.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total IT experience with a strict, dedicated focus on building and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Core ForgeRock Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience explicitly mastering ForgeRock OpenAM (Access Management).
- Gateway Mastery: Proven, practical experience setting up, deploying, and customizing ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) frameworks.
- Development Skills: Strong engineering background using Groovy scripting for IAM tuning and Java/J2EE for extending platform capabilities.
- Directory Experience: Practical, hands-on administration of LDAP directories, with an explicit preference for OpenDJ.
