Position: Full Stack .NET Developer

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical delivery, design scalable solutions, and ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
  • Build responsive UI solutions using ASP.NET MVC Razor, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS.
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, indexing, and queries.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define solutions and estimates.
  • Drive CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and code promotion activities.
  • Support UAT and production issues, ensuring application stability and performance.
  • Ensure SDLC compliance, repository governance, and development best practices.
  • Track project delivery, resource utilization, and project status

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.
  • Strong experience with Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Service-Oriented Design.
  • Expertise in SQL Server Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, and Database Design.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and Razor Views.
  • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Harness, Tekton, and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to Open Shift, Containers, and Cloud-native deployments.
  • Knowledge of xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest for unit testing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle and Couchbase.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Co-pilot, Devin, and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience working in large-scale Agile/Scrum environments.
