Position: Full Stack .NET Developer

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8 + Years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical delivery, design scalable solutions, and ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Design, develop, and maintain Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
Build responsive UI solutions using ASP.NET MVC Razor, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS.
Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, indexing, and queries.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define solutions and estimates.
Drive CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and code promotion activities.
Support UAT and production issues, ensuring application stability and performance.
Ensure SDLC compliance, repository governance, and development best practices.
Track project delivery, resource utilization, and project status

Required Skills:

7+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.
Strong experience with Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Service-Oriented Design.
Expertise in SQL Server Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, and Database Design.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and Razor Views.
Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Harness, Tekton, and DevOps practices.
Exposure to Open Shift, Containers, and Cloud-native deployments.
Knowledge of xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest for unit testing.
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle and Couchbase.
Familiarity with GitHub Co-pilot, Devin, and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience working in large-scale Agile/Scrum environments.
