As the Power Platform & AI Agent Developer, you will serve as the principal technical authority responsible for designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade low-code and pro-code ecosystem solutions. This role requires 6–10 years of robust experience in Microsoft technologies, featuring a proven track record of delivering cloud-based Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform systems, and AI-enabled conversational agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will act as a technical leader, managing end-to-end implementation pipelines, structuring complex integrations, and driving intelligent automation migrations from legacy systems to modern, AI-augmented frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Intelligent Automation Engineering: Design, prototype, develop, and troubleshoot end-to-end enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Microsoft Azure services.
- AI Agent Orchestration: Architect and configure conversational AI agents inside Microsoft Copilot Studio, managing complex topics, trigger phrases, generative answers, knowledge base mappings, entity variables, and deployment channels (Teams/Web).
- Pro-Dev Extensibility: Build custom connectors, complex server-side plugins, and advanced integrations utilizing C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful web services.
- Enterprise Data Governance: Establish Dataverse as a robust relational foundation for AI, designing high-performance tables, relationship logic, business rules, comprehensive auditing, and advanced security roles.
- Platform Fitment & Architecture: Conduct rigorous feasibility analyses and security architecture reviews for incoming business requirements, aligning designs with platform licensing tiers, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and governance controls.
- ALM & DevOps Engineering: Implement mature Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) patterns, overseeing solution packaging, deployment automation pipelines, environment variables, and source control management.
- Technical Stakeholder Leadership: Lead technical requirement workshops, deliver solution walkthroughs, author clear engineering documentation, and coordinate with globally distributed application delivery units.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft ecosystems, including at least 2+ completed enterprise-scale projects as a core Technical Developer driving Power Platform integrations and AI agent initiatives.
- AI Stack Mastery: Practical expertise building production-grade conversational interfaces inside Microsoft Copilot Studio and configuring machine learning workflows via AI Builder.
- Core Core Tooling: Deep functional command over Power Apps (Model-Driven/Canvas), Power Automate cloud flows, and Dataverse structures.
- Pro-Code Engineering: Strong proficiency in backend and frontend engineering languages: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and JSON.
- Ecosystem Integration: Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft 365 core, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and cross-platform RESTful APIs.
