Job Summary:
Senior Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Dynamics 365 CE, and C# Plugin Development. Experienced in requirements gathering, solution design, enterprise integrations, data migration, workflow automation, and Azure DevOps. Proven ability to deliver scalable business solutions integrated with ERP, SharePoint, Office 365, and external systems while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure Power Platform solutions.
- Gather business requirements and perform Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Build and customize Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), and Dataverse.
- Develop integrations with ERP, LOB applications, SharePoint, Outlook, O365, Azure AD, and other enterprise systems.
- Extend Power Platform using Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Power Automate.
- Perform data migration using SSIS, Scribe, or similar tools.
- Configure security roles, business rules, workflows, and governance within Power Platform.
- Support solution deployment, testing, and production releases.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform with focus on Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and API connectivity.
- Good understanding of Power Platform Security Model.
- Strong knowledge of .NET/C# and SSRS Reporting.
- Experience with SharePoint, Outlook, O365 Administration, and Azure AD Synchronization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
