We are seeking a QE Delivery Manager with 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Quality Engineering delivery management. The role will lead end-to-end QE delivery across multiple programs and projects, ensuring high-quality releases through effective test strategy, automation adoption, governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs, distributed onsite-offshore teams, and quality engineering transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering and Testing delivery across multiple programs and projects.
• Define and drive test strategy, automation adoption, quality transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage delivery schedules, quality, risks, dependencies, governance, and release readiness.
• Lead and manage distributed onsite-offshore QE teams and optimize resource allocation.
• Drive stakeholder and customer engagement across business and technology teams.
• Establish and monitor QE metrics, KPIs, dashboards, governance, and reporting.
• Promote automation, modern testing practices, DevOps, and CI/CD adoption.
• Partner with engineering, product, development, and program teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Support enterprise-scale digital transformation and QE modernization initiatives.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for QE teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of QE Delivery Management / QA Delivery Management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs.
• Strong Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and Test Delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder, customer, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing distributed onsite-offshore teams.
• Hands-on understanding of Test Automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, or Tosca.
• Strong understanding of API Testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Performance Testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Test Management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, QMetry, or ALM.
