We are seeking a Senior RPA Platform Engineer to architect, maintain, and scale our enterprise automation ecosystem across hybrid environments, including on-premises architecture, AWS cloud, and vendor SaaS solutions. This role goes beyond standard bot development; you will own the foundational infrastructure that enables intelligent process automation, data management, and agentic workflows across the bank. You will align platform capabilities with security architectures, manage a tiered production support model, and ensure technical governance for automated software assets.

Core Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture & Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable on-premises and AWS cloud-based RPA platform infrastructures (UiPath, Power Automate) to support enterprise-wide automation.
• Operational Governance: Manage full platform operations, monitor performance metrics, and establish strict logging, error handling, security, and privacy control standards.
• Production Support & Escalation: Build and lead the production support function, setting up a tiered support matrix and managing critical escalations for live automation environments.
• Engineering & Code Review: Decompose complex business requirements into robust architectural designs. Conduct rigorous code reviews and write clean, reusable configurations/scripts to integrate bots smoothly with banking systems.
• Next-Gen Innovation: Evangelize operational best practices and drive adoption of emerging automation capabilities, specifically focusing on AI-enabled agentic automations and intelligent process automation lifecycles.
• Stakeholder Advisory: Partner with business leaders and technology teams to translate high-level strategies into functioning digital platform solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skillsets

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• RPA Expertise: 5 to 7 years of deep RPA engineering and development experience, with a core focus on UiPath and Power Automate.
• Platform/Infrastructure Management: 3+ years of dedicated experience managing underlying infrastructure platforms, system integration, and deployment topologies on AWS and on-premises environments.
• Advanced Automation: Proven experience designing or implementing AI-enabled agentic automations and intelligent process frameworks.
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in programming languages supporting custom integrations and script extensions (Python, Java, Node.js).
• Domain Context: Solid understanding of data security frameworks, privacy controls, and secure system-to-system bot integrations within regulated environments (e.g., Banking/Finance).
