Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to define architecture strategies, drive technology modernization, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep working knowledge of operational workflow and document management technologies using both current industry tooling and emerging agentic solutions
- Design solutions that bring the business vision to life while maintaining reliability as capabilities and user base expands
- Partner closely with delivery teams to evolve the technical roadmap for products
- Ensure safe adoption of technology that protects our clients and the organization, considering traditional security best practices and emerging threats
- Build relationships with product owners and delivery leads to understand business needs and find creative ways to solve them
- Analyze options to meet business needs and to meet rigorous safety and performance standards
- Present solutions to business partners and governance forums for feedback and approval
- Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a solution
Required Skills:
- 6+ years as an architect OR proven strong technical leadership transitioning to architecture
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology partners and the curiosity to develop fluency in the Operations business domain and expertise in the technology that supports them
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology and business strategy
- Demonstrated expertise designing distributed systems, APIs, and cloud solutions
- Messaging systems and event-driven architecture knowledge
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Nice-To-Have:
- Exposure to agentic AI architectures, LLM deployment patterns, or enterprise AI governance frameworks
- Exposure to workflow and document management technologies
- Experience operating in financial services or similarly complex regulated enterprise environment
