Job summary
The technician will be responsible for supporting the Quality System team in the maintenance and qualification of equipment / systems for the laboratory and the plant.

Perform the calibration of certain laboratory and plant equipment according to the procedures in place;
Monitor and participate in preventive maintenance activities for laboratory equipment and systems, according to the maintenance schedule;
Cleaning and maintenance of laboratory and plant equipment and systems;
Apply business and industry instructions, procedures and standards;
Perform administrative tasks related to the calibration, servicing and maintenance of equipment;
Participate in the improvement of the department (implementation of new procedures, way of working, forms, etc.) to target an optimization of tasks;
All related tasks

Qualifications
The technical, regulatory and ethical standards of the company but also of the pharmaceutical industry are very demanding. We are looking above all for an organized, rigorous and meticulous person.

DES completed Two (2) years of relevant experience with current laboratory and pharmaceutical production equipment;
Knowledge of GMP or ISO 13845 (an asset);
Computer experience (Microsoft Office and Internet);
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision;
Ability to organize, plan and prioritize their workload according to the team's objectives and priorities;
Ability to work in a team and easy to interact with colleagues.

Description du poste

Sommaire des tâches
Le (la) titulaire du poste aura comme principale responsabilité de soutenir l’équipe Système Qualité dans la maintenance et la qualification d'équipements/systèmes pour le laboratoire et l’usine.

Effectuer l’étalonnage de certains équipements du laboratoire et de l’usine selon les procédures en place;
Effectuer le suivi et participer aux activités de maintenance préventive des équipements et des systèmes du laboratoire, selon l’horaire de maintenance;
Nettoyage et entretien des équipements et systèmes du laboratoire et de l’usine;
Appliquer les instructions, les procédures et les normes de l’entreprise et de l’industrie;
Effectuer les tâches administratives reliées à l’étalonnage, l’entretien et la maintenance des équipements;
Participer à l’amélioration du département (mise en place de nouvelles procédures, façon de travailler, formulaires, etc.) pour viser une optimisation des tâches;
Toutes tâches connexes.

Qualifications

Votre profil
Les normes techniques, réglementaires et éthiques de l’entreprise mais aussi de l’industrie pharmaceutique sont très exigeantes. Nous recherchons avant tout une personne organisée, rigoureuse et minutieuse.

DES terminé;
Deux (2) années d’expérience pertinente avec les équipements courants de laboratoire et de production pharmaceutique;
Connaissance des GMP ou ISO 13845 (un atout);
Expérience en informatiques (Microsoft Office et Internet);
Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à travailler avec un minimum de supervision;
Habileté à organiser, planifier et prioriser sa charge de travail en fonction des objectifs et des priorités de l’équipe;
Habileté à travailler en équipe et facilité à interagir avec des collègues.
