Complete vehicle check-ins, including gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details (outdoors in all weather)
Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems
Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately
Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

Previous customer service and sales experience
Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset)
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license is an asset
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
Team-oriented and committed to working safely

What We Offer

Hourly wage: $19.56/Hour
Hands-on experience in customer service and automotive sales
A supportive, team-focused work environment
