- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
- Load and unload goods
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- Perform brake adjustments
- Perform emergency roadside repairs
- Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo

Drive a straight or articulated tractor-trailer, individually or as part of a two-person team or convoy, to transport goods. Load and unload cargo, inspect and maintain the vehicle, perform roadside repairs and brake adjustments, and record cargo, service hours, distance, and fuel use while securing the load.
Requirements
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, and no prior experience is needed because training will be provided. Applicants must have a Class 1 or A driver's licence and an Air Brake (Z) endorsement, and be willing to travel cross-border.
