Original job description
Pay: US$600-1,000/month, based on your experience and how fast you learn. Paid 2-4 week trial at US$150/week. Full-time (about 40 h/week), long-term, remote, with 3-4 hours overlap with Eastern Time (Canada) on weekdays. Not freelance or part-time.
About us: a growing health and supplement brand sold mainly on Amazon Canada. Small, fast team; you work directly with the founder.
We want someone driven, hungry to learn and who doesn't give up. We'll teach you Seller Central; we can't teach grit.
What you'll do:
Check Seller Central daily: orders, account health, Seller Support cases
- Help with inventory and FBA shipments, labels and inbound problems
- Update listings and fix suppressed ones
- Help with PPC: negatives, reports, wasted spend
- Follow up with suppliers and our warehouse
- Use AI tools to speed up your work; send a short weekly update
Requirements:
1-2 years in a fast-paced role at a well-known company, OR a degree from a strong university
- Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Google Sheets or Excel; good written English
- Reliable computer, internet and power backup
Amazon experience is a plus, not required.
How to apply: email [email protected], subject starting "AMZ-OPS-JR". Include your CV (every job with company, role and dates) and a video of 3 minutes or less on camera: introduce yourself, why this role, something hard you taught yourself, and how you use AI.
