Beyond project delivery, we’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating with others, and sharing their expertise. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, influence how projects come together, and make a meaningful impact on both our work and our growing Toronto studio. Healthcare projects experience is required.

Here's what you’ll be doing at Kasian:

  • Chair production meetings
  • Perform code and bylaw analysis
  • Perform Quality Control procedures
  • Coordinate with and review the work of consultants
  • Collaborate with authorities having jurisdiction
  • Actively manage project fee budgets and costs to ensure project profitability and prepare reports as required; draft fee agreements and contracts
  • Approve and control all time spent on projects, expenses, and consultant invoices
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and direction to other Production Team Members

Here is what you bring to Kasian:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of local experience as an architectural technologist
  • Skilled at working on drawing production and quality control of technical documents
  • Advanced Revit proficiency, including model management and documentation workflows
  • Experience with envelope design and detailing
  • Familiarity with tendering phase requirements, reviewing documents, and supporting bid processes
  • Strong eye for detailing and technical precision, with a focus on constructability and building code compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness

What We Offer:

  • A creative and collaborative environment
  • National project exposure and opportunity to support high-profile pursuits
  • Mentorship and learning opportunities in business strategy and development
  • Great downtown office location with easy access to public transport
  • Flexibility and work-life balance in a values-driven workplace

Salary starts at $85,000+ per annum, based on a 40-hour work week. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, and skill set.
