This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming financial data into meaningful insights, developing reporting solutions, and supporting business decisions through accurate and timely analysis.

Working closely with the finance team and business leaders, you'll help enhance financial reporting, improve reporting processes, and develop dashboards that provide valuable visibility into business performance.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver automated reporting solutions.

Investigate reporting discrepancies and assist with resolving data and financial reporting issues.

Collaborate with finance and business teams to meet reporting deadlines and support ongoing initiatives.

Present financial information and reporting insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Experience building financial reports, dashboards, and analytical models.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power BI, or similar reporting and data visualization tools.

CPA designation, or progress toward obtaining one, is considered an asset.

Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.

Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency reporting environments is considered an asset.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Why Join

This role offers the opportunity to combine finance, technology, and analytics while helping shape how financial information is used across the organization. You'll work on projects that improve reporting capabilities, automate manual processes, and provide business leaders with meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and continuously improving financial reporting, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
