  • Manage supplier accounts, maintain vendor information, and support account setup and documentation requirements

  • Maintain contractor records and ensure required insurance and compliance documentation is up to date

  • Monitor inventory levels, maintain appropriate safety stock, and reduce excess or obsolete materials

  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to coordinate component changes and minimize waste

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through labeling, recordkeeping, and regular stock counts

  • Track delivery schedules, follow up on outstanding orders, and assist with shipping and receiving activities

  • Prepare purchasing updates and communicate delivery status to relevant departments

  • Contribute to sourcing initiatives, quality management processes, and purchasing-related audits

  • Provide general administrative and finance support to the broader team as required

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of hands-on purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience using material planning or inventory management systems, including familiarity with bills of materials

  • Working knowledge of accounting software and supplier invoice processing

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and common document management tools

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A reliable, professional, and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external partners

  • Experience with inventory optimization, continuous improvement practices, or quality management processes is an asset

Why Join

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where your contributions will directly support purchasing efficiency, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day business operations.
