Support informed decisions: Analyze operational information, identify emerging risks and trends, and provide recommendations to senior leadership to support planning and continuous improvement.
Deliver quality public services: Respond to operational challenges, customer service concerns and emerging facility needs while ensuring municipal spaces remain safe, accessible and welcoming.
Support effective employee relations: Lead recruitment, onboarding and performance management activities, administer Collective Agreements in collaboration with People Services and fulfill supervisory responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
