The mission we are proposing:
Reporting to the maintenance supervisor, the electromechanical technician is responsible for carrying out various mechanical repairs, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for all aspects of production equipment and its various systems. Also responsible for providing mechanical support on a wide variety of equipment to optimize production line performance.

An Overview Of Your New Position
- Read and interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals and engineering sketches.
- Diagnosing faults
- Solve mechanical, electrical and electro-pneumatic problems
- Communicate the solution / Transfer knowledge to the appropriate people
- Provide technical support to production
- Coach operators in resolving non-mechanical problems
- Carry out preventive maintenance using standard sheets
- Ensure equipment reliability
- Communicate recurring problems with continuous improvement
- DEP in Electromechanics of Automated Systems or Industrial Mechanics
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to solve complex problems effectively
- An aptitude for teamwork
- Effective communication skills
- Action and results orientation
- Ability to manage stress in demanding situations

Responsibilities
Perform mechanical repairs, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electro-pneumatic issues, and conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment. Support production, improve equipment reliability and line performance, coach operators, and communicate recurring problems and solutions.
Requirements
A DEP in Electromechanics of Automated Systems or Industrial Mechanics is required, along with fluency in French and English. Candidates should be effective problem solvers with teamwork, communication, action-oriented, results-oriented, and stress-management abilities.
