You’ll help shape how brands look, feel, and work, bringing together strong visual design with an understanding of user experience, usability, hierarchy, and how people interact with digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, marketers, and clients to turn strategy and insights into thoughtful, effective creative. Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and usability
Experience with website UX audits and identifying opportunities to improve digital experiences
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience developing brands and visual systems, including logos, typography, colour, grids, and guidelines
Client-facing experience, including presenting concepts, participating in workshops, and incorporating feedback
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet agreed-upon deadlines
A collaborative, curious, self-starter mindset

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Webflow or other visual website-building platforms
Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI
