Licensed Millwright (Night Shift)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $44-$48/hr
Shift: Permanent Nights (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Licensed 433A Millwright on behalf of a client in Mississauga.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned maintenance professional with strong experience in conveyor systems, fabrication, welding, and industrial maintenance. The successful candidate will become a key member of the night shift maintenance team, supporting equipment reliability and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair conveyor systems and material handling equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
- Replace and repair bearings, gearboxes, motors, pulleys, chains, and belts
- Complete fabrication, welding, and equipment modification work as required
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain a safe work environment while supporting continuous plant operations
Qualifications
- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License
- Several years of industrial maintenance experience post-certification
- Strong experience with conveyor systems and mechanical power transmission equipment
- Proficient with MIG welding, stick welding, and oxy-acetylene cutting
- Experience with fabrication, rigging, hand tools, and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot independently in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
