  • Predictable, full-time day shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • Potential contract extension (initial 6 months with a possible 3-month extension).
  • Broaden your technical capabilities with ERP systems (SAP), EDI invoicing, discrepancy resolution, and process automation.

  • Following up on Goods Receipts (GR) and escalating outstanding items with internal shops and engineers.
  • Reviewing and resolving legacy invoices not processed through ZFIINVT by conducting detailed transaction reviews and root-cause analyses.
  • Supporting the standardization and automation of manual AP processes (TEMA non-PO, TMC M&E, MSE freight, customs, VEVA, and logistics).
  • Investigating and responding to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status, helping reduce the Freshdesk backlog.
  • Developing vendor training materials, step-by-step guides, and recorded walkthroughs for common AP inquiries.
  • Monitoring EDI invoicing and indirect vendor web-invoicing to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Providing ad hoc project support across RFP/RFI activities, the TM Expense Report system, and GRIR account cleanup.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 1–2 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience, including invoice processing and payment documentation.
  • Must have strong SAP experience
  • Have working-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Bring experience or familiarity with:
  • PO matching, three-way matching, or Goods Receipt processes
  • Non-PO invoices and vendor account reconciliations
  • EDI invoicing, vendor web portals, or ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk)
  • Process documentation, training guide development, or invoice automation initiatives
  • Exhibit strong analytical, discrepancy-investigation, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can collaborate effectively with vendors, engineers, and internal departments.
  • Are available to work on-site in Cambridge, ON.
