We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst in Toronto, ON!
In this full-time, 12 month contract role, you’ll help our client with their business needs.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Supply Chain Transformation & 3PL Optimization
- Support strategic initiatives to enhance third-party logistics (3PL) operations and supply chain capabilities
- Analyze logistics, warehousing, customer fulfillment, and inventory management processes to identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with business requirements gathering, process design, and future-state operating model development
- Participate in cross-functional workshops to improve operational efficiency, service levels, and customer experience
- Coordinate activities across internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to support successful delivery of transformation initiatives
- Support implementation and operational readiness activities for process and system enhancements
Business Process Analysis and Documentation
- Document, analyze, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including inbound logistics, receiving, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, transportation, customer fulfillment, and value-added services
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, work instructions, and related business documentation
- Support change management, training, and process adoption initiatives
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and data validation activities, including defect tracking, issue resolution, and end-to-end process validation across supply chain systems
- Validate item, inventory, order, shipment data ensuring accurate data flows across ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, and external partner systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, customer service, order management, operations, or business process improvement roles
- Experience supporting supply chain transformation, process optimization, operational improvement, and/or systems implementation initiatives
- Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, distribution, customer fulfillment, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
- Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle Fusion, or equivalent), along with exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), systems integrations, and EDI processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience developing business presentations and reporting materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, with excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Details:
- Pay Rate: $40-$50/hour + Vacation pay
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 days per week in office)
