Make an Impact in Asset Management Governance

We're seeking an experienced Governance Specialist III to support a large-scale Asset Management Program within a complex, highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for a governance, asset management, operations, or project management professional who thrives on driving continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, reporting excellence, and process governance.

You will work cross-functionally with business leaders, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to support governance activities, assurance programs, reporting, process improvement initiatives, and organizational change efforts.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Coordinate and maintain governance and assurance activities across multiple initiatives

✅ Develop and manage reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level updates

✅ Support quarterly management reviews and governance meetings

✅ Create and maintain processes, procedures, job aids, and governance documentation

✅ Manage SharePoint content, permissions, and document repositories

✅ Support maturity assessments, assurance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions

✅ Coordinate corrective and preventative actions resulting from governance reviews

✅ Support organizational change management and communication initiatives

✅ Maintain records and documentation within governance and management systems

What You'll Bring

✔ 5+ years of experience in governance, asset management, project management, business operations, process improvement, or a related field

✔ Strong experience creating reports, governance documentation, procedures, and executive communications

✔ Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint

✔ Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities

✔ Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives

✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

✔ Experience supporting process, policy, or operational improvements

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

⭐ Asset Management experience

⭐ Utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering, or regulated industry experience

⭐ Knowledge of governance, assurance, compliance, or audit processes

⭐ Experience with maturity assessments and continuous improvement programs

⭐ Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)

⭐ Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders

⭐ Knowledge of regulatory environments and operational governance frameworks
