The Opportunity
As a Scrum Master II, you will lead 2-3 Agile teams supporting a major enterprise value creation initiative. You will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, coaching teams and stakeholders on Scaled Agile principles, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across multiple delivery teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience operating within large-scale Agile environments, particularly in software development organizations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support 2-3 Scrum teams consisting of approximately 8-10 team members each
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and PI planning
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe best practices
- Remove obstacles and proactively manage risks impacting delivery
- Drive team performance, continuous improvement, and Agile maturity
- Promote transparency through effective backlog management and Agile metrics
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Support planning, prioritization, and value delivery across multiple teams
- Champion Agile principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in a Scaled Agile environment
- 5+ years working within software development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) concepts
- Hands-on experience with JIRA
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and competing priorities in a large enterprise environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- SAFe Certification
- Experience with Kanban frameworks
- Systems Thinking or Design Thinking experience
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives
- Exposure to regulated industries or large corporate environments
- Familiarity with DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices
