💰 $55.00/hr T4 + 4% Vacation Pay

📅 Contract: November 16, 2026 - May 28, 2027 (9 Months)

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile transformation initiative focused on claims and operations integration. This is an exciting opportunity to drive a complex, multi-workstream program from discovery through go-live while partnering with senior stakeholders and external vendors.

This role is ideal for a seasoned delivery professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple workstreams, and has a proven track record delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream implementation program
• Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities
• Coordinate across technology, operations, communications, and vendor teams
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external delivery partners
• Drive program governance, including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive updates
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment across cross-functional teams
• Oversee operational readiness activities including SOP development, training, and go-live planning
• Support launch readiness assessments and production implementation
• Monitor project health and proactively mitigate risks to delivery

Must-Have Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field

✅ PMP Certification (or equivalent Project/Program Management certification)

✅ 9+ years of Project or Program Management experience

✅ Demonstrated experience managing:

• End-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams
• Large-scale business transformation initiatives
• Vendor-led delivery environments
• Program governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting

Preferred Experience

• Insurance, claims, or financial services industry experience
• Claims operations implementation, transformation, or outsourcing programs
• Experience working with customer communication platforms including telephony, digital, or chatbot solutions
• Consulting background (Big 4 or similar)
• Operational readiness and go-live execution experience
