Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service – this includes greeting customers, providing information, completing sales, and arranging deliveries
- Maintain store standards – Inventory, Replenishment and Merchandising
- Learn about new products and attending department specific training when provided
- Work safely by following all safety standards.
- Prepare invoices, quotes, credit invoices and delivery invoices.
- Help store with the display of merchandising.
- Follow computerized operating system to keep inventory up-to-date in system if receiving new products or writing off the product through theft or damage.
- Excellent communication and team player
- Sales and customer service experience
- Possess a high level of attention to details
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to work days/evening/weekends (rotating shifts)
- Ability to learn and operate the applicable computer system (D635) used to process orders
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent considered an asset

Responsibilities
Provide customer service by greeting customers, sharing product information, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. Maintain store standards through inventory management, replenishment, merchandising, invoice preparation, and accurate updates to the computerized inventory system while following safety standards.
Requirements
The role calls for strong communication and teamwork, sales or customer service experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 75 pounds. Applicants must be available for rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts and able to learn and use the D635 computer system; a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent is an asset.
