Are you organized, personable, and passionate about creating a great patient experience?
Kent Chiro-Med Wellness Clinic is looking for a friendly and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Ottawa, ON
🕒 Position: Part-Time | 25–30 hours per week
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming patients and managing front-desk operations
- Scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
- Processing insurance claims and direct billing
- Assisting with WSIB claims and healthcare billing
- Using ClinicMaster for daily clinic operations
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
- ClinicMaster experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with direct billing and WSIB is a plus
