• Apply piping design principles related to routing, accessibility, operability, maintainability, safety, flexibility, and constructability.
• Perform field verification, site measurements, walkdowns, and model reviews, as required.
• Coordinate piping design interfaces with process, mechanical, civil/structural, electrical, instrumentation, stress, and construction teams.
• Identify design conflicts and technical issues, recommend practical solutions, and communicate impacts to the appropriate discipline lead.

• Experience working within a global workshare environment is preferred. The successful candidate must be willing and able to collaborate closely with Kent global teams, including coordinating design activities, communicating technical requirements, supporting effective work handoffs, and participating in meetings across time zones as reasonably required.
• Strong working knowledge of piping design practices, applicable codes and standards, and the preparation of piping drawings and deliverables.
• Proficiency with relevant 3D plant design and drafting software; experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D, E3D, S3D or comparable systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment layouts, piping specifications, vendor information, and engineering documentation.
