Drive Your Career Forward with Red Arrow!

For over 40 years, Red Arrow has been one of Alberta's most trusted and recognized transportation providers, connecting communities through safe, reliable, and premium motorcoach service. Every day, our drivers help students return home, connect families, support business travel, and make it possible for thousands of passengers to travel comfortably across the province.

As a Red Arrow Motorcoach Operator, you'll be much more than a driver. You'll be the face of our organization and one of the most important parts of our passengers' experience. From the moment passengers board, they place their trust in you to deliver a safe, professional, and comfortable journey. Whether you're operating a scheduled line-run between major Alberta communities, assisting passengers with their travel needs, or representing our brand at destinations across the province, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the reputation Red Arrow has built over decades.

Red Arrow is proudly part of the Keolis Canada family. Keolis is a global transportation leader operating in 15 countries and helping more than 3.4 billion passengers travel safely and reliably every year. In Canada, nearly 2,000 employees operate transit systems, intercity motorcoaches, airport shuttles, and rail networks that connect communities from coast to coast. While Keolis may be a newer name in Western Canada, our commitment remains the same: putting safety, customer service, and our people first.

This opportunity is ideal for professional drivers who enjoy working independently, take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and are looking for a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to travel throughout Alberta while being supported by one of the transportation industry's most respected organizations.
