Our sales training program links junior sales executives with sales leaders across the globe with the common goal to fearlessly grow and transform our business.

You’ll be making tangible impacts on commercial strategies, while being coached and prepared to become a future sales leader.

Location & Work Model (Toronto, Canada)

This role is based in Toronto, Canada, with a hybrid work model. You will be expected to work from our Toronto office 3-4 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Start date: October 2026 (TBC)

Key Media's sales training program has been designed to accelerate your career. Our program offers an exceptional foundation, where you will enhance your commercial skills, and gain hands-on sales and business development experience. When you start, you will:

be set up for success through a tailored training program
have a dedicated career coach, a seasoned sales leader within the business, who will support, guide and mentor you in your early career and beyond

learn from senior sales leaders with diverse backgrounds
be based at our Toronto office with a flexible, hybrid working arrangement (3-4 days per week in office)

When you finish, the pathways are endless. You’ll be a well-rounded sales executive and, as a permanent employee from the beginning, you’ll have choice of roles across the business. People who start in the sales team go on to use their skills to lead global teams, run internal start-ups, manage departments or drive transformation programs.

About You:

We are accepting applications from aspiring media sales executives with Bachelor’s Degrees and up to 2 years of experience. You should be based in (or willing to relocate to) Toronto, Canada, and able to work in-office 3-4 days per week as part of our hybrid model.
