If you are a junior HR professional, ideally with a HR diploma, and are looking for a career where you can learn and GROW, this may be the role for you!

What we are looking for:

A junior level HR Associate who will manage the employee lifecycle. Specifically:

1. Recruiting - posting vacancies, performing first interviews and back ground checks.

2. Onboarding - adding new hires into various platforms such as scheduling and payroll softwares.

3. Performance - ensuring employee records are up to date and identifying gaps and working with GM's on closing those gaps.

What your growth trajectory looks like:

1. Obtain your CHRP status, which will help you help GM's with more complex issues that arise.

2. Obtain your payroll certification, which will help you manage day to day payroll operations.

As we grow from 8-16+ locations, you may even have a junior associate reporting to you.

What your day to day schedule looks like:

This will be a Monday to Friday role, with some evenings and weekend work depending on recruitment efforts.

Ideally, our HR associate LOVES KidStrong and even coaches a couple of classes per week.

You will report directly to the COO. You will be given opportunities to learn and grow within this role as we scale. We will help you obtain your CHRP and payroll certifications.
